To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
As well as sending back the item(s) we also require requests for item swap(s) and/or refunds to be sent to us via email.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund is on its way, providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We are working hard to dispatch orders as soon as possible however, at this time please note that your order may take up to 5 working days to arrive, from the point at which it’s placed.
Please note that your order could be dispatched anywhere from 1-3 working days from the point at which it’s placed.
We use Royal Mail First Class postage and this appears to be taking 1-3 working days at the moment.
We would ask that you please bare with us during this difficult time, and rest assured that we’ll have your order dispatched as soon as we’re physically able.
